Duplex/ Double sided printing in SAP

Here I am providing the two solutions.

Solution1:

Printing  both side is not linked with our document but with printer.

When we try to print any document we define if it's both side only when we click on print button.

So for this, we have to define a printer in our SAP System , on OUTPUT Attributes tab we can define Both-Side printing .

Ø  Go to SPAD ,

Ø  take output device .

Ø  Choose our output device ,

Ø  double click

Ø  take the output attributes.

Ø  Give the print mode as Duplex.

Ø  Our printer also should be set for the duplex mode.

Solution2:

We can define a specific tray for our SAP Printer  and in the printer set the tray as Both-Side.
